Monkey Bread

I wanted to make monkey bread but i didn't have a recipe and I could not find one that i wanted. So i put to different recipes together and one up. The whole Family really liked it. My mom ate most of it, and Amy and I had the rest. I emailed Sister Athay for hers so i want to make that next. Ill have to post that recipe too.

2 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. sugar

1 cup warm water

1tsp. salt 1 tbsp. quick rise yeast

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl , combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Combine water and oil and add to flour. Add additional flour to form soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface. knead for 1-2 minutes. please in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Then punch the dough down. Next roll the dough into balls. After that pour white sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix. Put four dough balls in at a time, and coat well. Then put the balls in to a bunt pan. In a sauce pan bring brown sugar and butter to a boil. Let cool for 10 minutes, and then pour on the dough balls. Cook for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Then my favorite part enjoy!
